This course introduces fundamental concepts and skills of audio mixing. This is the process of taking recorded tracks (bits of music/sound) and amalgamating them in a way that sounds coordinated and balanced. The result is carefully orchestrated music.
Audio mixing is a unique creative outlet. It is subjective and personal. Through mixing, you can take a creative vision and bring it to life. If you like to record your own music or voice, you can take your work to the next level. Audio mixing is innovation: There is opportunity to take the existing and reinvent for the future.
